Many businesses and utilities in Berkshire used to have internal railway systems with their own locomotives. Here are some of them:

  • Reading sewage works, Whitley
  • Collier's brick works, Tilehurst
  • Ham River gravel pits, Woodley
  • Lawrence's brick works, Wokingham
  • Binfield Brick & Tile Company, near Bracknell
  • Wigmore gravel pits, Woolhampton
